It's the mountain that rises behind Alòs Balaguer, joined to the Montsec Rúbies mountain range through the neck of Orenga.

There are many ways around the mountain for all kinds of excursions, among them, a must, climbing to the Sant Mamet top where we find the chapel, named as the mountain, and a small shelter where to hide in case of bad weather.

We might name the stunning view that can be enjoyed on a clear day, from which we can contemplate the whole area of Lleida, the Pyrenees, Cadi mountains and Port del Compte, Montserrat and an execellent view of the Montsec range in the foreground.
